Fully equipped gym

Our gym has fully equipped areas for cardio exercises, bodybuilding, toning and stretching. There are also exercise bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, extensive bodybuilding equipment and an abdominal bench. In addition to a sauna (extra charge) and a whirlpool to take even better care of your body. We are open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 9:30pm and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10am to 2pm and from 3pm to 5pm

Our pools

You’ll love spending hours soaking in the 200m2 outdoor pool from May to October. Surrounded by gardens with sunbeds, hammocks and a towel service (deposit required), as well as incredible views of the bay of Malaga. Relax in the sun while the kids have fun in the 5m2 children’s pool. And if you prefer to be indoors, we have a 70m2 heated pool.

Holidays full of fun

The Sol Guadalmar offers endless activities for adults so you can combine exercise and rest. During the day, try sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, aquagym, French bowls or stretching. Get your body moving with aerobics or Latin dance classes or use our tennis and table-tennis facilities. And in the evening, parties, shows and live music.

Children's activities

The youngest members of the family will have a great time at the Mini Club in summer. Children aged between 5 and 12 can enjoy a tailor-made programme of activities, workshops, games and crafts. Entertaining games in the pool, the garden and the play area, always under the supervision of our monitors. And in the evening, minidiscos, live music and original shows.
