The Level at Meliá White House

We visited London from in the first week of April 2024 with my wife and our Stay at Melia White House in London was just Magical. Magnificent Property with Great Service & High Hygiene standards, Welcoming and helpful reception, Excellent Breakfast, Attentive staff, fabulous facilities, Housekeeping staff very professional, Top Quality Hotel - Just Superb, Highly recommended. Special mention & Heartfelt Thanks to Ankush & Jitul at the Level Lounge for their exceptional service. Thank you All, Looking Forward to come again next year.

I recently enjoyed an exceptional spring break at the Melia White House. The hotel boasts a chic, modern ambiance that instantly elevates the vacation experience, coupled with a prime location ideal for city exploration. The staff were notably welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. A standout feature of my stay was the lounge management by Ankush. He was exceptionally professional and made sure that everything ran smoothly, ensuring that all guests were happy and well taken care of. His friendly approach and efficiency really made our evenings delightful. Breakfast was another highlight, thanks to Dhruv, who made amazing omelets each morning. His culinary skills were evident, as he whipped up the best omelets, tailored exactly to my liking with fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of flavors. Bibek was very hospitable in the bar. His recommendations were spot-on. Each drink was a unique blend of flavors and were refreshing. Finally, a special mention goes to Glanice, who assisted with a seamless checkout process. Her efficiency and courteous service made our departure smooth and stress-free, leaving us with a lasting positive impression of our entire experience. A heartfelt thank you to Ankush, Dhruv, Bibek, and Glanice for making my vacation truly special.

Excellent experience staying at the Melia White House. Great location and exceptional service. I highly recommend the Level rooms with access to the lounge. Zubair in the Level lounge provided excellent service and took care of all our needs.

I’m staying at Melia since 24th March and honestly, its one of the best experiences i had staying at hotels in London. The staff were super friendly and made sure all my needs were attended to. I would like to mention Rhea and Raihan in particular as they were super friendly during dinner services. If anyone is looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of London, would highly recommend staying at Melia.
