Meliá Lisboa Oriente

Great location. Literally a few steps from Lisbon Oriente train station. We are seniors and it was a quick walk from the station pulling our suitcases. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast included with room was plentiful and good. Shopping mall across the street. We took a beautiful river walk along the Tegus. The former expo site is nearby. There were lots of restaurants along the river walk / expo area. It gave us a different and modern side of Lisbon as we had stayed in old town previously. We were on our way home to Canada and Melia Oriente is super convenient to train station and airport.

6 minute by train from the airport, and next to a huge shopping mall and the sea. We booked this place for one night because our flight arrived late and we didn't want to waste time getting to the heart of the city. The staff was professional. The rooms spacious and comfortable. The breakfast also quite varied. A great hotel.

The hotel is favorably situated and offers impressive views from the upper-floors rooms. The staff is courteous and accommodating, particularly notable were the waiters in the dining and bar area, and a bearded receptionist (I do not remember the name). The rooms provide comfort and cleanliness. On-site paid parking is available. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a major subway station allows for direct access to both the city center and the airport.
